Policies

Cancellation: Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations are charged $50.
Late arrivals: Please arrive within 15 minutes of your drop-off time. Later than that and we may have to shorten the service or reschedule.
No-shows: No-shows are charged 50% of the booked service. After a no-show, a deposit is required for future bookings.
Payment: Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash at pickup. Prices are by vehicle size; condition surcharges are confirmed at drop-off before work starts.

How is pricing decided?

By vehicle size: sedan or coupe, SUV or crossover, and truck, van or minivan. Each package lists its price for each size. Heavy pet hair, heavy stains or smoke odor add $30–$60 in time, which we confirm with you at drop-off before we start.

How long does a detail take?

Exterior wash and wax about 90 minutes; full interior detail about 2 hours; the complete detail about 3 hours; maintenance wash, headlight restoration and engine bay about 45 minutes each. We text you when your car is ready.

Can I wait while you work on my car?

For a maintenance wash or headlight job, yes — there's a small waiting area with Wi-Fi. For interior and complete details we recommend dropping off; we'll text you when it's ready.

Do you handle pet hair, smoke smell or heavy stains?

Yes. Tell us before booking so we schedule enough time. Heavy pet hair, heavy stains or smoke odor add $30–$60, confirmed at drop-off. Mold, flood damage or biohazard cleanup needs a detailer to look at the vehicle first — we will call you back.

What is ceramic coating and how much is it?

A professional coating that protects the paint for one to five years depending on the product, applied after full paint prep. It is quoted after a detailer inspects the paint, because the prep (and price) depends on the condition. Ask and a detailer will call you back the same business day.
